We require 10 days notice for all novelty cakes.We require 24 hours notice for all fresh cream cakes and cupcakes ordered before 12PM within our opening hours.
All cakes purchased online are to be paid in full. Cakes, priced via consultation would require a 50% deposit to confirm. All deposits are non-refundable.

We advise all cakes to be transported by car. Cakes need to be transported flat so ideally you should be accompanied by someone to hold the cake, otherwise we advise you to put the cake in the footwell of the car.
